My wife and I moved to Dunedin in 2023 and never looked back. We loved living in Denver for 30 years, but we have always had a special connection to the Florida Gulf Coast. From KeyWest to Marco Island to Clearwater. It was just a matter of where we were going to land once our kids were gone and we got tired of the snow. In Dunedin we have easy access to Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, downtown local restaurants and shops right on the Gulf, 30 minutes to the Tampa airport and downtown St Petersburg, all in the most welcoming and vibrant community we have ever been a part of. We live 2 miles from downtown and take our golf everywhere we can – which is most of Dunedin. The only thing we don’t like is that we still work full time remotely and can’t spend weekdays spending more time exploring the area! Over time we will build this site into a helpful informational tool. Please have a look around and see Dunedin through the eyes of recent locals!!
